using gnocchi
gnocchi is a curated gallery for creative work made with the help of artificial intelligence. by creating an account or publishing work, you agree to these terms.
you may use gnocchi to showcase your own work and to discover work by others. you agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it.
your work
you keep ownership of everything you publish. by publishing, you grant gnocchi a limited licence to display, feature and promote your work on the service.
you confirm that the work you publish is yours, that any ai contribution is disclosed honestly, and that your work does not infringe the rights of others.
editorial control
gnocchi is curated. editors review submissions and decide what appears in discover. publication or featuring is at gnocchi's discretion and may be changed or removed at any time.
tips and payments
tipping is optional. tips are voluntary support, not payment for goods or services. tips are processed by stripe, and stripe's processing fees apply. gnocchi takes no commission on tips.
if you accept tips, you are responsible for your own stripe account, tax obligations and compliance with applicable law.
accounts
you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity on your account. gnocchi may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
optional search analytics & privacy
with your permission, we measure meaningful searches and selected filters to improve matching and decide what to curate. typing and closing search is not counted. we count a submitted query, a result opening, or interaction with completed results after a short pause.
we store normalized, sanitized terms, selected taxonomy identifiers, server time, search scope, result counts and whether a result was opened. we do not attach your account, email, name or a persistent device identifier. on your device, temporary random identifiers live only in page memory. a copy is kept with detailed interactions on our server until retention deletion, allowing result-open attribution for up to 24 hours. request addresses are used briefly in memory for abuse prevention, not stored in search records.
we reject obvious personal, credential or sensitive input before storage, but sanitization cannot guarantee anonymity. please avoid putting personal or sensitive information in search. editors see aggregate reports, not individual visitor histories.
our initial product policy keeps detailed interactions for 30 days, then retains sanitized daily counts for 12 months. these are configurable product choices, not statutory retention periods. aggregation completes before detailed records are deleted.
this optional measurement is off until you opt in. you can withdraw below at any time, stopping future collection. we respect do not track and global privacy control. only your preference is saved in local browser storage; no new tracking cookie or third-party analytics service is added. this control governs search analytics only.
